INTELLYMATION S.R.L. Top Management defines and documents the Quality Management policy, objectives, and commitments. It takes the necessary measures to ensure these are understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the Organization.

To this end, Top Management executes the following actions:
- Promotes the continuous professional development of all personnel by incorporating the “know-how” of the latest technologies required by the company’s target market and managing knowledge throughout its context.
- Provides all resources necessary to maintain the Quality Management System, which promotes continuous improvement and the permanent pursuit of Customer satisfaction, including after-sales service upon implementation.
- Valuing the relationship with the regional community, it promotes knowledge strengthening via future professionals, generating joint proposals with the University.
- To guarantee the Quality of the services provided, it operates in accordance with the IRAM ISO 9001:2015 standard, measuring results against established quality objectives.
- Periodically reviews the Quality Management System with the aim of continuous improvement and keeping it up to date.
- Prioritizes the fulfillment of established commitments, driving continuous improvement.
